KINGDOM CLEANING SOLUTIONS

1. Services
Kingdom Cleaning Solutions provides services that may include: • Junk removal and hauling • Residential cleaning • Pressure washing and exterior cleaning • Other related property-cleaning or removal services agreed upon with the Customer. The specific services, pricing, and scope of work will be communicated to the Customer before work begins whenever reasonably possible.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available to Kingdom Cleaning Solutions at the time the estimate is provided. For junk removal, pricing may be based on estimated volume, weight, type of materials, labor required, disposal costs, accessibility, and other factors. If actual conditions or the amount of work differ substantially from the information provided when the estimate was made, Kingdom Cleaning Solutions may adjust the price. When practical, we will communicate any significant price change before proceeding with additional work. Unless otherwise stated, estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless another payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing. We may accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, electronic payment, or other payment methods made available by Kingdom Cleaning Solutions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and paying all amounts owed for completed services. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Kingdom Cleaning Solutions may charge a cancellation or trip fee when a Customer cancels or reschedules after our crew has been dispatched, particularly when the cancellation results in lost labor time, travel expenses, disposal expenses, or other costs. Any applicable cancellation fee will be communicated when possible.
5. Customer Access and Preparation
The Customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and work area at the scheduled time. Customers should provide access to service areas; identify items or areas that should not be touched or removed; secure pets when necessary; remove or protect valuable, fragile, or personal items; and inform us of known hazards or conditions that could affect the work. Kingdom Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by failure to provide reasonable access or necessary information.
6. Junk Removal
Customers authorize Kingdom Cleaning Solutions to remove only items specifically identified or clearly designated for removal. Once an item has been removed from the property and loaded for disposal, it may not be possible to recover it. Customers are responsible for confirming that items designated for removal are unwanted before work begins. Kingdom Cleaning Solutions may refuse removal of materials that are unsafe, illegal, prohibited by disposal facilities, or outside the scope of our equipment or services. Unless specifically agreed upon in advance and legally permitted, we do not accept hazardous or regulated materials, including explosives or ammunition, highly toxic or corrosive chemicals, certain fuels or hazardous liquids, biohazardous materials, medical waste, asbestos-containing materials, illegal substances, or other materials that cannot legally or safely be transported or disposed of by our company.
7. Items of Special Value
Customers are responsible for identifying valuable, sentimental, fragile, or irreplaceable items before work begins. Kingdom Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for items accidentally designated for removal by the Customer or another person acting on the Customer’s behalf.
8. Pressure Washing and Exterior Cleaning
Pressure washing and exterior cleaning can involve water pressure, cleaning solutions, ladders, hoses, equipment, and other conditions that may affect surfaces. Certain surfaces may be damaged, stained, discolored, etched, loosened, or otherwise affected by cleaning, including painted surfaces, wood, stucco, concrete, pavers, brick, mortar, roofing materials, screens, window seals, caulking, oxidized surfaces, and aging or deteriorated materials. Kingdom Cleaning Solutions will use reasonable care and appropriate cleaning methods based on the condition and type of surface known to us. However, we cannot guarantee complete removal of stains, oxidation, discoloration, mold, algae, rust, oil, or other contaminants. Customers must disclose known pre-existing damage, deterioration, loose materials, leaks, fragile surfaces, or other conditions before work begins.
9. Residential Cleaning
Residential cleaning services are intended to clean reasonably accessible areas using ordinary cleaning methods. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, deeply embedded contamination, excessive buildup, damage, or conditions requiring specialized restoration services. Customers should remove or identify fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before cleaning begins.
10. Pre-Existing Damage and Conditions
Kingdom Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for damage that existed before services began or damage resulting from defective, deteriorated, improperly installed, or weakened materials. This may include loose siding, deteriorated wood, failing paint, cracked concrete, damaged screens, leaking windows, defective fixtures, or other pre-existing conditions. When practical, we may document obvious pre-existing conditions with photographs.
11. Weather and Unsafe Conditions
Outdoor services may be delayed, rescheduled, or stopped because of weather or unsafe conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or other conditions that create a reasonable safety concern. Kingdom Cleaning Solutions will make reasonable efforts to reschedule weather-related appointments.
12. Property Damage Claims
If you believe Kingdom Cleaning Solutions caused damage to your property, you agree to notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide an opportunity for us to inspect the alleged damage. Photographs, videos, invoices, and other documentation may be requested when appropriate. Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
13. Additional Work
If conditions require work beyond the originally agreed scope, Kingdom Cleaning Solutions may provide an updated price before performing the additional work. Additional work may include excessive debris, unexpected buildup, difficult access, additional rooms or areas, unusually heavy materials, or other circumstances not reasonably apparent when the original estimate was provided.
14. Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property location, type and quantity of materials, areas requiring service, access conditions, known hazards, special instructions, items to be removed, and other information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.
15. Photos and Marketing
Kingdom Cleaning Solutions may take photographs of completed work for documentation, quality control, estimates, and business records. We will not intentionally publish photographs containing identifiable personal information without appropriate permission. Before-and-after photographs may be used for marketing purposes when appropriate, subject to applicable privacy laws and any agreement made with the Customer.
16. Right to Refuse or Stop Work
Kingdom Cleaning Solutions may refuse or stop work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, threatening, or materially different from conditions represented when the service was scheduled. If work is stopped because of unsafe or materially misrepresented conditions, the Customer may remain responsible for reasonable costs already incurred.
17. Employees and Contractors
Customers agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage Kingdom Cleaning Solutions employees or contractors to perform substantially similar services outside of Kingdom Cleaning Solutions during or for a reasonable period following the services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Cleaning Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable damages arising from the services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Kingdom Cleaning Solutions first so that we can attempt to resolve any service-related concern promptly and fairly. Nothing in these Terms prevents a Customer from exercising rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
Kingdom Cleaning Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when services are requested will generally apply to that service unless otherwise required by law.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any written estimate, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement between Kingdom Cleaning Solutions and the Customer, constitute the agreement regarding the applicable services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written service agreement, the specific written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

By scheduling or accepting services from Kingdom Cleaning Solutions, the Customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms of Service and agrees to them.
